We rode with Richard Williams and she was just restated 4 days earlier. She was

Czar's Precious Lacey */-/- is a Premium '97 ISR/Oldenburg mare with 107 points is by Alla' Czar a Dutch stallion approved with ISR/Oldenburg, by Zeus and out of a Premium Thoroughbred Mare Precious Heiress */-/-. Czar's Precious Lacey */-/- is the 2000 East Coast Reserve Grand Champion Mare ISR/Oldenburg with a score of 81.0. She is also the United States Reserve Grand Champion Mare out of all the mares inspected by ISR/Oldenburg throughout the country in 2000. She is an impressive mare with the mind of a true partner.
Lacey was bred to Festrausch standing at Hilltop Farm. Festrausch is a black Westphalian Stallion standing 17.2 hands. He was bred in Germany and imported in 2000. His lines include Florestan I, Furioso, Carprilli, & Calypso. Currently competing in Dressage. His records are 2000 Qualified to World Championships for 6 year old horses. 1999 Arnhem Holland World Championships for 5 year old horse, 3rd. Their Foal Friedensfest is below.
